The Application Process

Do you need to learn about our process? Here you have some ideas.

ASPHALT/DRIVEWAY

Procedure is as follows for your new asphalt driveway:

1 Remove existing material and haul off site to prepare for base.
2 Install approximately six inches of process stone, throughout the entire area, and compact with vibratory roller to insure full compaction.
3 SS-1 All areas that meet existing concrete or asphalt to insure adhesion.
4 Pave 3 inches of asphalt driveway mix throughout entire area, and compact with vibratory roller to insure compaction.

EXISTING DRIVEWAY W/BASE

Procedure is as follows for a finish grade and pave (Existing Driveway with a base):

1 Finish grade entire area, and compact with vibratory roller to insure full compaction.
2 SS-1 All areas that meet existing concrete or asphalt to insure adhesion.
3 Pave 3 inches of asphalt driveway mix throughout entire area, and compact with vibratory roller to insure full compaction.

RECAPING A DRIVEWAY

Paving over present driveway. It gives extra life to a driveway if caught in time, and it saves money in the long run.

1-Sweep and Clean the entire area.
2-SS-1 All areas so new asphalt adheres to existing asphalt.
3-Pave 2" asphalt class two and compact with vibratory roller.
